Prabhas and SS Rajamouli reflect on a decade of Baahubali at special event

The cast and crew of ‘Baahubali’ reunited in Hyderabad on 10 July 2025 to celebrate a decade since the release of SS Rajamouli’s landmark film. The special gathering brought together director SS Rajamouli, lead actors Prabhas and Rana Daggubati, composer MM Keeravani, and several other key members of the production. Ramya Krishnan, who played the iconic role of Sivagami, was also present at the event. However, notable absentees included Tamannaah Bhatia and Anushka Shetty, who were unable to attend the reunion.
Photos from the evening, shared on the official social media accounts of the ‘Baahubali’ franchise, captured the team reliving memories and celebrating the film’s enduring legacy. Prabhas, seen with a new short hairstyle and dressed in a black kurta and white trousers, was seen sharing laughs with Rana Daggubati and SS Rajamouli. The atmosphere was described as warm and nostalgic, with the team reminiscing about the challenges and triumphs that made ‘Baahubali’ a cinematic phenomenon.
An emotional note accompanying the images read, “10 Years of Baahubali Reunion… What began as a dream turned into something far bigger than any of us could have imagined. A story that became a part of people’s lives… A journey that brought us together as one family… And memories we will cherish forever. As we come together to celebrate 10 years of Baahubali, we are filled with deep gratitude — for every single person who believed in this story, stood by us, and helped make it what it is today. This reunion was more than nostalgic — it brought back a flood of memories from over a decade. We fondly reminisced about everything that went right… and all the things that could have gone wrong, but didn’t. It’s those very moments that ensured Baahubali became what it is today. But this celebration isn’t just ours. It belongs to every one of you who carries Baahubali in your hearts. Here’s to the memories, the magic, and the epic that lives on…”
The reunion also featured MM Keeravani performing a song, adding to the emotional resonance of the evening. The event underscored the impact of ‘Baahubali’, which not only broke box office records but also set new benchmarks for Indian cinema, making Prabhas a global star and establishing SS Rajamouli as a visionary filmmaker.
The team also announced that a combined two-part version of the film, titled ‘Baahubali: The Epic’, will be released later this year, offering fans another chance to experience the saga on the big screen.
